Return Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns and exchanges for products that are misprinted/damaged/defective.

For products that are misprinted/damaged/defective, the items must be submitted for return within 3 weeks after the product has been received. Products will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the item was destroyed, even in partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

For products that are lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Terms of Service

Enne Zale is an author and graphic designer. Books, prints, and custom designs are all offered. Products that are print on demand are subject to copyright, custom designs are subject to copyright until the completion of the final payment. Please reach out if you would like to partner in a project.
